Julie - what you say is so true!! I was on the Biggest Loser and lost over 100lbs - and my confidence factor actually went down :( This time I am working on my mental as well as physical change). Good luck! subscribed!

i think you are beautiful, you have the same look as megan fox...i do understand the confidence issues. but i think that by working thru them, when you do reach goal, it's going to make it that much better...don't ya think? stay in the zone, girlfriend...WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

Thank the heavens, I'm not the only person who is experiencing this. I feel the same way. I've lost weight before but never this much. I'm too afraid of what I'll look like in the near future or even further into the future.
