@DonforDead He's in the quiet car on the Acela express -- an expensive train popular among business travelers. I've been in that car. Many people sleep, and many are trying to concentrate on something. He had to be kicked off of the car, regardless of the kicker's age.
Yes, it's clear it's some sort of "prank/joke" due to the obviously non-functional phone. The nature of the activity doesn't matter. It's loud, disruptive, and goes against the car's rules. It's an expensive train!
