  • Bought this 45 in 1962 at a Thifty Drug Store 9 cent bin. Loved it and wore it thin. Glad someone else Loves it and put it up. Great down home blues. I had a record player in my 56 Chevy and everybody at BoBo's Drive-in heard this sons song back in the day. Ed from Newark, Ca.

  • The Great Ones all have it.

There's something there, Deep Down South.

It may be The Water and it might be The Food.

  • Decided to look this up after hearing SRV, I have played this at least 50 times now. Great song, and wonderful voice!

  • One of the best blues songs ever!! Can't decide which version (Slim, Little Milton or Little

Junior Parker), so I'll enjoy all of them!!
