ive just bought a Asus crosshair mother board with 8600GT in SLI 16x16 speed and a AMD 64 X2 6000 processor running at 3 ghz each performance rated at 9GHZ but the annoying thing is i havent tried it out yet! lol coz my cpu went :( so i gotta get a new one so until then i cant try it lol

hey m8! i am thinking to buy amd athlon 64x2 6400+3.2 Ghz, or the quad core AMD PHENOM 9750 2.4GHZ...wich one is better for games??? i heard that dual cores at high GHZ (over 3)are better than quad cores at "low" GHZ (under 2.5)...

amd phenom 9750 is better mate but intel would be a better choice for games, buy an q6600 quad core,easy to overclock,run very cool,amd athlon is good but very hard to overclock (200-300mhz) while intel you can push a way lot far, i would buy intel quad core mate!
