Mixing and applying the 4th coat of paint. It's starting to look pretty good. I hope to only put one, maybe two more coats on this truck, I really want it put back together before the 4th of July!

Enjoy

  • Whats the difference between spraying it and rolling it ? Rolling it looks like it will handle more beating ? or am i wrong ?

  • @Addnnan I'll shoot a video of what I did. I wouldn't recomment running without out the air box hooked up for two long as then you won't have an air cleaner.

  • @Addnnan I don't know if it will take a beating better. I've heard that the paint should be really easy to patch tho, if you get a scratch, etc.

  • fuk the haters dudes gettin it done

  • @franktib it's all good... you don't get on youtube without having a thick skin

  • Lol 50dolla and 8 week later. Sod that. Spray it 1 weekend job done for nit they much more. Costs me around £110 for s full job including clear :-P

  • @ade1982uk all well and good if you are in a place that you can spray a car or truck. I didn't have that so I worked with what I had. This truck is a hobby and I am happy with the result. In the end, that's really all that matters.

  • I understand. I am a painter, so I understand the correct way to apply paint. I was just commenting on what I could see from your video.

  • my comments were to the person who did the video.

  • @MrSticks9999 when wiping with the mineral spirits, the tack cloth got rid of the lint. The hood wasn't sanded as well as the rest of the truck. What can I say, I was learning as I went. As for painting outside, there is no other way then to say that is the suckest way you can paint a car or truck. If the truck would of fit in the garage, I would of painted it indoors and maybe even gotten sprayed.

  • @MrSticks9999 first off ummm y are u comin at me sayin u can see my finger marks? this aint my car first off. second im not worried bout a tack cloth cuz ITS NOT MY CAR OR VIDEO..and third u should pay attention to whos video ur watching. and find my comment on here and read what i wrote. i was just giving a little bit of advice about mixing the paint..
