So if i buy a replacement pressure switch i just take the old one out and put the new one in, no need for adjustment?

What if you DON'T have a running pump? If I flip the breaker & a little STOMP on the tub next to the panel, the pump comes ON and FLO goes away... still the Pressure Switch?
