It really doesn't astound me because I always felt that Palin was incompetent. She stays in one position just long enough to crap over everything, then leaves for more lucrative ventures. Arrogant, ignorant, incompetent, and the opposite of a leader.

Sarah needs an education as powerful as a mentally challenged adult would need help feeding and cleaning themselves. In defense, most people wouldn't know that our understanding of Asperger's comes partly from Drosophila. BUT, a Vice Presidential candidate with an autistic child who mock's fruit fly research is as ignorant as Steve Schmidt said; she knows NOTHING.
