Is this a picture of the National Steelband from the 1960s'. Front row, second from right playing a Double Tenor I believe is Steve Regis of Sundowners and West Stars fame. Arranger and Pannist extraordinaire . Do you know the venue? Is it the Amphitheater of Naparima Bowl in San Fernando, Trinidad? Please Respond. Thanks.
