lol i was wondering why this is so special for a lot of you. its just a normal peeler which you can get in any store here in switzerland.... didnt think other countries don't have that.

We have them here, but they are laying on a rack in the most boring way...watching his free show made everyone feel almost compelled to buy one after his convincing the crowd you shouldn't leave without one...He did the same with children's book before he stared selling the peeler...Good stuff Joe brought and that NYC loved for many years. He was a great guy too...Cheers from NYC.

I think it's a safe bet that peelers that made a profit at 5/$20 came pretty cheap in bulk, as do root veggies.

You can buy them online (not as cheap as on the street but still not expensive) but I've never seen them in a brick-and-mortar establishment. I bought mine from Joe's daughter. I bought the other two peelers in the series online.

no and funy The funny thing is that I had one for over 20 years and I only use it to peel vegetables I did not know you could do all these things
