2001 Ford F-100 Ranger

This was filmed Saturday June 6, 2009 at the Fleetwood Country Cruize in London, Ontario Canada

check out this cool custom Ranger, that was modified with fiberglass to look like a 1955 Ford F-100, overall the truck looks really great, maybe some more retro chrome mirrors would have completed the overall retro look, but overall i think its the nicest custom Ranger i have ever seen, and is a great project for a modern truck, i just wonder what a truck like this gets labeled on the ownership? i would guess its labeled as a 2001 Ford Ranger, but the overall look of the truck has drastically changed, wonder what the police would think? :)

yep that's what i thought, originally when i seen this truck last year, i thought the owner put a Ranger cab on a old truck, and simply grafted it all together, but this year he had his sign out, thus i got a chance to read it over, and its just a 2001 Ranger, with '55 F-100 fiberglass body panels, so i was really impressed with what he did, that's also why i state in this video i guess you can use a Ranger cab on your old Ford truck, then later i realized it was a newer Ranger underneath

Dang, what an oddball.  Wonder how that would effect resale?? The newer generation of Vettes can be converted to first gen with a body kit, cool rides. I enjoy the vids you have of the offshoot vehicles. Anyone can do a video of a '57 Chevy, not everyone takes these vids like you have. Props to ya-

that's what i thought, and i think its a slight glimpse of what Fords retro truck might have looked like if they went down the same road as the Chevy SSR
