Dave, my god , eat what you bloody want! You ARE great and a great musician - you've always been that stocky build (and at under 5 ft 7 and nearly 60, you ain't gonna look like Twiggy) so who gives a shit whether you enjoy a whopping steak every hour of the day or if you eat salad like a rabbit!?!
