@zinc2zinc2 its part of a hair brush i don't know what its called i just call it a dotting tool it works the same as one.

ahh this is really good!! great job :D I really want to try this for a my chemical romance concert I'm going to, but I've never used acryllic nails before D: I'm hoping I can accomplish this with my real nails >.<
