No because when the Real ID Act goes into effect there will be no civil liberties. There will be no choice. The government will make the choice for you. Its bullshit.

They can claim a chip can protect your kid but it only takes 10-15 minutes for a pedo to snatch, rape, and snap the neck of your child. It won't stop crime.
