Hard to believe that she only practised on public rinks! I mean - wow - only in public sessions?! Denise Beliman, Natalie Krieg, Lucinda Ruh, Stephane Lambiel..., all Swiss... incredible!!

The comments about the marking procedure were helpful. I didn't know the judges had the chance to see the average and then change their marks after the first skater. I miss the old scoring system.

it should be called the magnolia or some kind of flower because it looks like a flower opening up!!

her prep jumps before spins aren't bad and thankfully the lousy jumps didn't effect the fantastic spins.

i agree. 1:57 She has a sideways Pearl spin going on, but then she pulls up and it does look like a kind of flower...that's neat! Krieg should be coaching girls on spinning...

I didn't realize that there were such things as Swiss bastards...
It's too bad she didn't relovate to somewhere else to train, or get time to herself, you know?
As for judging...the Belgian, in my opinion, was too harsh. Perhaps she should've gotten 4.7-5.0, mostly because it seemed like nobody could match Krieg on any element of their spins, and such excellence should not go un-awarded.
