    Typically every six months... You'd simply pick the start date and work from there... I.e., if you rebalance now, you'd do it again in May... Some suggest quarterly, others annually...

  • It means, you'll be buying when stocks are falling and selling when they rise... Whether "everything will be ok?", in the context of your portfolio, is most dependant on your time horizon... I.e., only buy stocks with your long-term money...
