Back 44 years ago each musical group or solo act played and sang songs in their own individual style. Today's music is "cookie cutter" material. There is no soul and no heart in today's music like there was from the music of the late 60's to the mid 80's.
Listening to this song brings me back to when life was fun and care-free, just like the fun and care-free sound of this song.

This was the era when music was MUSIC! Not the rehashed, borrowed, disrespectful garbage that is forced into the mainstream today.

Quando eu era criança, eu via e ouvia essa canção interpretada em portugues pelos bonecos da Vila Sésamo, em preto e branco. Só depois é que conheci este original em inglês, na Rádio Jovem Pan AM de São Paulo, no tempo em que ela ainda tinha programas musicais (hoje é só jornalismo). Bons tempos...

これ5th Dimensionの中では、sweet blindnessと同じくよく聴きます。歌詞もとってもいいですね～。後、小学生の時から親の影響で聴いていた数少ない曲です。当時はメロディーやグルーブだけで楽しんでましたが。
