  • @sunil1299 yeah if you wait a while the starter will cool down. I have to wait like an hour before i can go. Its a starter problem. I need to replace the starter but its too much so I will replace it when I get additional funds.

  • @DualofChaos

hi, i have the same problem with my vehicle. The only issue is the car starts after 15 minute waiting. I am not able to find out what the problem is. Did you find out the solution. I believe replacing the keys might be one of the solution (well, i am trying that)

  • @bradt231 The dealer said it was the starter, but I'm not 100 % sure that is the only problem.

    :(

  • @DualofChaos did you find out what was wrong with your legacy? I am having the same problem with my corolla

  • My subaru has the same problem! sometimes (like 20%) of the time. I put the key in and everything works but the car won't crank/start. It seems to happen only when I have driven the car already. What I mean is that it happens if I drive somewhere and stop. So it starts up fine in the morning. I go somewhere. Then when I try to come home this not starting thing happens. If you wait for a while it will start up fine. What's the deal? Its a 1999 legacy.
