Verizon Fios Customer Service is terrible I spent over 2 hours on the phone with someone after an hour and fifteen minutes I ask for a supervisor and 30 minutes later I get one and he tells me that it is against Verizon's policy to repay overpaid bills. Oh yea and everyone of my bills since day one has been wrong!!!!! STICK WITH YOUR CURRENT CABLE PROVIDER OR FIND DIFFERENT ONE IN YOUR AREA!!! The first person I spoke with was Andres second aka the supervisor's name and badge number was Brandon 4202. I hope this helps someone.
