this is not chen style. maybe look a like only. Where are all the spiral movements?? Where are all the clockwise rotations and anti-clockwise rotations. Silk coccon force!!?? This is just his kind of marital arts. lot of hand movements & stands are all too wide.

@Chexpeare i have meditated for about a year now. this is supposed to be done as a meditation too right? and i want to learn it as a martial art and for health benefits. should i learn from videos like this while im here in WA til i go back to texas. I will be taught by Master Cheng Jincai of the 18th generation Grand master Chen Zhaokui.

New TCC students should decide how deeply they want to study the martial art. If you're only interested in the health benefits, you can learn from anyone. If you are interested in a full, comprehensive course beyond the initial health benefits and acquiring even greater health and vitality, then pursue the full spectrum: sparring, fighting technique, applications, flexibility training. Do not be swayed by opportunistic charlatans. They abound by the dozens nowadays. Seek out a genuine master.
YOUTUBE MAKE ME A FUCKING SLOW MOTION BUTTON PLEASE THANK YOU

@JLCritchley Imagine you are standing behind Master Wong. In other words, you would not be mirroring his moves, but imitating exactly as he moves. Looking at the video, if he moves his leg/arm to YOUR left he is actually moving his right arm/leg out to HIS right. If you were to stand behind him you would also be moving your right arm/leg to the right. Be patient! Don't rush! Don't jump lessons. Practice! Go slowly and learn the form in all its minutae. Pay careful attention to the Fa Jing.
