Great to hear her sing a funky song. You can tell she'd been living in the UK a number of years at that time by her English sounding vowels in the introduction.

I have the album. There are two or three stand out tracks. It's a shame it's practically diappeared.

JPJ was really influenced by jazz bassist Charles Mingus and Motown bass guitar legend James Jamerson. JPJ had mad respect for R&B and Soul music, and it defintely shows in all of his bass lines.

Thanks for this rarity. I'd never heard of it after years of searching for all Zep related music.

Hi splco97,
Cheers. Having recently found the cassette & listened to it I got interested in researching it and Googled it - managed to find one copy of the LP on 2nd-hand vinyl so I ordered it. Haven't received it yet, but expecting it tomorrow. I remember seeing the perormance on TV - can't remember what show it was. I think someone once said that JPJ was the best funk bassist ever to play in a rock band.
