Born in Stockholm in 1989, Grammy-award nominated Swedish House DJ wunderkind Avicii released his first hit "Manman" in 2008, at the tender age of 18, on Pete Tong's Bedroom Bedlam label after winning Tong's Fast Trax competition. The Avicii sound is heavy on melodies and inspired by Laidback Luke, Steve Angello, Tocadisco, Daft Punk, Eric Prydz, and Axwell. That early success has propelled him to worldwide fame and success, touring the biggest and best venues, and most recently appearing as a special guest DJ at Las Vegas powerhouse dance club Marquee, hands down the best dance club on the Strip.

2011 was a big year for Avicii, who racked up accolades from DJ Magazine and the Grammys. The DJ ranked sixth in the industry heavyweight's 2011 Top 100 DJs List and was nominated for a Best Dance Recording Grammy for his "Sunshine" collaboration with David Guetta. His songs "Penguin" and "Levels" have been sampled by ingénue vocalist Leona Lewis and rapper Flo Rida, respectively. Avicii is scheduled to play dates in the States, Puerto Rico, Israel, and Austria throughout 2012. Witness the talent of this global phenom at Marquee in Las Vegas.
