Royce, had came to my highschool in Florida where he taught us about his head placement and how he does his sprawl. he knows what he is talking about, but now that hes 47, he has some REALLY bad knees.

alger is going around to severaly places in california teaching good wrestling defense techniques. he came to our school and taught us some cool stuff, and showed us film. hes a pretty cool guy
