If you working out efficiently, there is no need to be at the gym for 3 hours especially if your just trying to tone up and lose inches. 1 hr of cardio and 30 min of resistance can get the job done.

@Q80ya777 apparently u didnt watch all her videos.. u just click on one video and u think uve seen everything. she had ur weight and try adding abt 20lbs to that.. she started at 192lbs or more..
so ye... if ur at 176 and dont like it then do what u gotta do.. she did
