I think now Raila has transformed himself yet again. Now he has become a real politician not an activist. Protesting is not enough, you must grow balls and take action. In the end when the drought has really choked the country, people like Ruto will still come back and attack Raila for not doing anything. When you're not in power, you have nothing to lose by running your mouth, but Agwambo has caught onto this and is taking action, hongera!
