@DanceDanceDance04 We do have art TV in the US. In NY I can see channels 13 and 21. They are public channels funding with public money and private donations and they have no commercials.

@FerocityQueen actually the camera is great in this clip. i mean in the other clip of the same performance with variations of 3 shades and scarf variation and codas. that is horrific.
-
@FerocityQueen yes if it uses less upward filming angle. audience really would rather not watch dancers from the stage-floor level.
-
sarafanov is superb

@kkiimmiissiipp Come on ! Tereshkina is brilliant ! Her dance is controlled, pure and refined :)
-
The true star is the camerawork here.

Yes you are right. But our OLESYA is would be fantastic as Nikya, but she only danced Gamzatti.
Yes Somova isnt good enough to be Principal. But OLESYA is more than good enough , but she isnt. -(((((

i'm more impressed with sarafanov than with tereshkina. the russian male ballet dancers are really good i thought than their female counter parts. don't let me start with somova because i really don't think she's principal material.

@DanceDanceDance04 Yes, I did. We "Americans" have a tendency to think only of ourselves, unfortunately.
Tereshkina is grand as usual, proving a ballerina doesn't need to use the ploy of 6 o'clock extensions in order to impress the audience. Sometimes less is more, especially true as Nikiya in the Kingdom of Shades.
