If you're deciding whether or not to lease your next car, watch this episode of BCHW to help make your decision. Lisa Copeland and Katie King explain who can qualify to take the best advantage, and, who should definitely avoid leasing a car.

The average number of miles you drive and how often you prefer to replace your automobile are very critical to your final choice. "If you drive up to 12k or 15k per year or like to keep a car no more than 36 months and want a reduced payment - a lease may be the right thing for you", Lisa says.

On the other hand, if you cannot keep your car in a good shape and travel very often you probably will be discouraged to contract a lease. Lisa gives some light hearted examples of some behaviors that indicates a lease may not be for you: "If you are someone like me who drives down a dirty road to get to your house every day or if you are like Katie who drives very quickly around curbs and curb your tires, leasing is probably not for you"

In case you don't find yourself in those last situations and you are still willing to sign up for it, the benefits of a lease are in the options at the end:
- You can buy the car for the residual amount
- You can turn around and walk away from the car
- You can get the newest body style of the car
