Holy crap. Kenny is an absolute genius. lIsten to his solo on Jeff Tain Watts CD Detained at the Blue Note- "Mr. JJ." It will blow your mind. Coltrane with an alto. This is also Chris Dave years ago. What an incredible talent, so diverse. This experimental, improvising hard bop is still king.
