These are not American citizens who deserve Constitutional rights. By the Geneva Convention they can be shot without any protections what so ever as illegal enemy combatants. They aren't even capturing enemy combatants now but kill them on the battlefield. I suppose you would have allowed the 100000's of German & Japanese prisoners brought here during WWII to have their day in court! These people who beat women for showing their face?I want to pay $100000/yr to house these people....uh right!

LOL!! And Bush tortured 1000's of American citizens! I heard about someone who was tortured because of a parking ticket!! They water boarded them for 10 hrs until they coughed up the $25!! LOL You mean the bad guys who cut off heads don't you? The ones who beat women for showing their face? The ones who rape and kill in the name of family honor? Their own laws allow this. They hate us because of that? They have no Constitutional rights what so ever. No American has been tortured!

Thank God for President Obama! I hope he restores our constitutional rights (namely the right not to be tortured) that have been so eroded over the last 8 years. He was right in that torturing the prisoners at Guantanamo just makes the bad guys hate us more and recruit more people. Obama will restore our constitutional rights. Torture has no place in America.
