I have two rescues of my own who I have worked with all their lives to let them know humans are not all bad. But your show, which we're only just getting in the UK, has inspired me to help other animals and I've now volunteered at my local animal rescue. I start helping a shy dog tomorrow; I know it will be rewarding, working with my own two always has been, but my prayer is that it helps him get his forever home - that's my goal.

You do so much good that you have literally brought real tears to my eyes. I rescue, and have seen so many horrible things...things that one should never have to see. The existance of organizations with caring people like yours is about the only thing that gives me hope. I love you!

I commend all who take their time and patience to help animals in need. There needs to be more of them out there, then maybe we could stamp out amimal cruelty

I love working with really shy dogs - its very rewarding when they blossom :) I guess I understand them because I'm shy too. I'd be begging for Timmy this very minute if I wasn't already up and over our local limits

Timmy is a pit bull. I absolutely LOVE pitties and he was probably abused. I felt so much for this little guy. I HOPE he is doing well! Please Donate to Best Friends! They are sooooooo worthy!
