I have the same problem! I also listen to cd's with long mixes, and that pause in between the tracks annoys the shit out of me. Is there any fix for that??

Owner of a NX501: I don't know if I'm the only one who still’s listens to CD's But I have a huge collection of Mix CD's I notice that there's an annoying some time's almost 1.5 second pause between tracks.. A pause like that on a Mix Cd's is absolutely dreadful.
I certainly hope that they have a fix for that

When you go back to Artist or Album does it go back to the A's? If you mute or pause it then turn off the car, does it remember its paused or muted when you turn the car back on?

I have a question though, right now, I have a Clarion NX500, and when I get calls coming in, it doesn't show the person's name, instead it shows the phone number, does the NX501 show the name's of who's calling or just the numbers?

I did have a problem with the GPS (out of memory error) so I sent it back for them to take a look at it. They sent it back to me with upgraded software (available online) and no problems since.
I don't use CDs so I am not sure about time lags between songs. The ipod connector works well.

Yes, the name of the person calling you shows up. I am not sure if the caller has to be on your contacts list on your phone or if you have caller ID (or either one may be fine). But yes the name does show up on the screen and you press 'call' to answer it.
