NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS VERSION.... He has made it his. No sense mimicking the sound of others. Yes he sang it differently with the Diamonds, but he has made it his own, countrified it a bit.. No shame whatsoever in that .
As far as being more animated, that is something that comes with time and experience. Although some of today's best artists just stand there and belt it out.

pretty good; but too fast,,and don't be afraid to move your head and show expression just look at how sammy kershaw does it,,,the body move ments help form the sound,,keep up the good work
