doesn't matter how much horsepower you have on the touge, its all about balance... braking, handling (control at the limit), cornering speed, corner entry speed, corner exit speed...too much power and you'll be losing speed on stoping the car from spinning, too less and you'll lose ground on the straight.. from what i've seen from the touges, 300hp is sufficient, as its easy to handle.. but all credit where its due, amemiya has built a 400hp car that is just as easy to handle, thats why it won

Not bad for a 2.2 vtec engine. I mean, it is competing against a TURBO...

Put a sc or turbo on that s2k and it would be a more fair match against the RX7.

No contest. The corner entry speed was similar but corner exit speed was much faster on the Rx-7. Great video!
