Pokemon Platinum Walkthrough Part 84 Catching Giratina (Origin Forme) in a Pokeball

8 Hours of Editing. *Shoots self* This better have been worth the effort, I went all out on this, perhaps a little too far. But I do consider this the most important video of the walkthrough. Giratina is a Ghost Dragon type with the ability levitate. It is level 47 with the moves, dragon claw, ominous wind, ancient power, and shadow force. Ultraballs are okay, dusk balls are best, if the battle drags long enough (and he still has PP left), timer balls work. Status effects work good, paralysis is the best. The Master Ball should not be used here. You cannot fight Giratina in his Origin Forme again but if you do fail here, you can fight him again in his altered forme. I still recommend catching him here. If you catch him, he will return to his altered forme until you get an item (forget it but it's in the video). Other than that, good luck at catching Giratina.

Oh, and a sidenote, the little set of time of me doing all the video effects. That round took me 13 pokeballs. I also had 6 failed attempts, 3 from K.O.s and 2 from it killing itself from struggle. I added more then 13 for video effects, to help the song loop at the right point in the video, and to emphasize how many times it took.

haha i froze it at 1 hp left and i threw 30 duskballs and still didnt catch it and it knocked itself out with struggle after i jus turned off the game for the day after that
