I thought Julius Caesar bypassed the congress (or was it called senate in his days?) too. Those ancient people still were so wise he needed his battle weary legions for that. However judging by the reactions of American people, U.S. President apparently will not need armed forces to become a dictator. All he will need is a declaration much like Palpatine.

Especially, dealing with lives, no..........................u can't..................... period, and i don't need the Constitution, Bill of Rights, or Mr. Washington out of his grave, to tell me that, Ppl have a right to life, and a right to live a good life.
