Disclaimer: I own NOTHING. No joke.

History lesson for today, kids! In 1895, at the end of the Sino-Japanese War, China gave Taiwan to Japan. In 1945, at the end of WWII, Japan was forced to give Taiwan back to China. (She's very desirable.) Thus, this was born, from angst and a quick Google search of Taiwanese history. I'm rather proud of this song choice. I think it fits, but, hey, you be the third person, impartial judge!

  • Heh, did you learn all that from reading Hetalia?

Nonetheless, glad you actually know the history behind this couple.

    Kudos to you.

This is probably my most favorite Hetalia pairing not only because it's historically accurate, but also because it's freaking adorable.

  • Mm, I didn't learn it from reading APH, but it did encourage me to look up some more history.

I like looking up possible historical aspects of Hetalia couples. It adds more depth to couples.

    It is pretty cute. ^^

  • Great~0ˇ0

  • Thank you! :D

  • Wow! This was incredible!

  • Aww, thank you! ^^

  • 一度 台湾に旅行に行きたいです!

  • everyone loves Taiwan♥

  • I don't really like taiwan i hate her but nice video i prefer japan with america england or greece...

  • 這配對算是一種吧...

    因為台溫總是被各國搶來搶去

    不過論對台灣的發展.我還是覺得日北對台灣是最好的~

  • 日本好好對臺灣贖罪吧

  • @KaitoAisuLover Why is this pair nonsense? Taiwan was Japanese territory for 50 years until the end of WWII. My grandfather (Taiwanese) even fought in the Imperial Japanese Army. He speaks only Taiwanese and Japanese... .he doesn't know Mandarin.

  • @KaitoAisuLover Well if you REALLY want to go there (Nanking), then yeah, Japan/China beats all.

  • @PekanChan Just want to point out, it's not as historically accurate as Japan/China! xD

  • @KaitoAisuLover FINALLY, someone I agree with.
