Christoph Glaser is a Workshop Director and Board Member of the International Association for Human Values in Germany as well as the International Art of Living Foundation (Switzerland).
Formerly a banker with Credit Suisse, he has been traveling for the past seven years throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa, conducting the Achieving Personal Excellence Workshop for Managers as well as the Art of Living Part 1 and 2 Courses. Additionally, Mr. Glaser serves as one of the Directors of the annual International Business & Leadership Symposium of the International Association for Human Values. He holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Basel and has graduated with honors from the Basel Vocational Business School.

Rajita Kulkarni


A banker by profession for over 18 years, Rajita Kulkarni has held leadership positions across diverse functions throughout her illustrious
career.

From 2005 to 2010, Rajita has been instrumental in leading over 5000 workshops around the world, for over 100,000 participants, aggregating over 1 million man hours of training.

Rajita is considered an expert in facilitating training with the use of adult learning techniques. She has to her credit the design of 85 management exercises and games released in a book "Focus Forward". She has won over 17 awards for professional excellence in her field.

Rajita is also a deeply spiritual person and has been associated with the Art of Living Foundation for over 13 years in a honorary capacity. She is a certified teacher of the Art of Living, the Apex (Achieving Personal Excellence), the TLEX (Transformational Leadership for Excellence) and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation courses . She has traveled around the world teaching leaders ( including Heads of States, Governors, Mayors, youth leaders, CEOs) from over 40 countries how to rid themselves of their stress and live a healthy happy life.

In August 2010, Rajita gave up her banking career to further deepen her commitment to the foundations' service projects and she is currently serving on many important positions on various Art of Living Foundations boards globally including-
• Distinguished Board member, World Forum for Ethics in Business, Brussels , Belgium( www.wfeb.org)
• Board member Art of Living Health and Education Trust ,USA (www.aolhet.org)
• Trustee on the Board of its main educational trust in India, SSRVM (Sri Sri Ravshankar Vidya Mandir). This trust is operating 108 educational institutions in India including 90 schools and an Ayurveda College, MBA College, College of Journalism and a Junior College. (www.ssrvm.org)
• Member, Board of Governors & Core Committee member of the upcoming Sri Sri University project ( www.srisriuniversity.edu.in)
• Governor Finance, Ved Vignan Maha Vidya Peeth and Vaidic Dharma Samsthan( www.vvmvp.org, www.artofliving.org)

• She also serves as the Honorary Chairperson of the Board of Advisors and of the Charitable Foundation of Educomp Solutions Limited, India's leading education company.( www.educomp.com)
An orator par excellence, she has been instrumental in moderating and addressing many conferences. Significant among them are-
• 4 Leadership Symposiums on "Ethics in Business" in the European Parliament in Brussels 2006 , 2008, 2009,2010
• 4 International Women's Conferences 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2010 ( India and Indonesia)
• The Guinness Book of World Records event Antarnaad ,in Pune India ,where 2750 singers performed on one stage, India ,2010
• The Art of Living Silver Jubilee Celebrations with 2.5 million people in attendance in 2005 in Bangalore India
• The International Conference on Human Values Bangalore ,India in 2005
• In her banking career, she has addressed ,facilitated and attended over 75 conferences and workshops globally
She has interacted with numerous world leaders from politics, academics, business and spirituality to represent the foundation for its service projects.
She was conferred the 2009 Vishalakshi Award for Excellence and yeoman service to society
Rajita was caught in the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai on the night of the terror attack of 26/11/2008. She and her husband were rescued after 13 hours in captivity. As a tribute to the triumph of peace and love over hatred and terror, she penned 26 poems in a book called "The Gift of Life".
