i use it, and it works on lan, i dont know how to get it to work through internet though, i don't know what to type on the "Host" part

@tintaala it is real and secure. If you are sceptic then dont use it.

where is the proof this is secure? You are giving the app the ISP's IP address, I assume the local IP, and the username and password...
