777- sort of. Power scaling varies the amount of voltage feeding the power section. Lover voltage, less volume. An attenuator sucks juice AFTER the amp, before the speaker cab. So they do a similar thing through different approaches.

Wow your 335 has some real character!

Got myself a Badger 18 combo on the weekend from Deluxe Guitars in Melbourne. Went in there intending to try a Bogner but instead walked out with the Badger (and a Two Rock 22 head/cab, but that's another story). The Suhr was a real surprise package! I fell in love it and could have sat there all day playing it. It may be cliche, but the cleans have a beautiful warm tube sound. I tried the 30 as well, but the 18 sang to me.

Tube amp fans needs to try one!
