It seems that the driver was trying to explain something to the cop who was more interested in getting him to return to his car. The driver has a bit of an attitude but so did the cop. Yes, I would want him fired. I have a bad hearth, and if some rouge cop taser me because I did not comply due to my bad hearing, I be dead. There was no reason for him to go to that extreme and taser the guy. Should only be used in extreme case. To many cops are using it freely because the courts are allowing it.

@EnglishRuggers25 I understand where you're coming from, but tasers should only be used if the suspect becomes violent, erratic, or poses a threat. This guy was simply walking back to his car. The cop could have easily detained him without a weapon and cuff him. He went too far.
