i uploaded this for two reasons; 1. because its goofy, Bill looks even whiter than he normally does here,lol hell soul train was an old show when i was growing up and i'm 38
2. i know that, just like Hill said, the propagandists at media matters and daily kos would certainly try to spin in a ''racist'' angle in there the way they do everything else so i figured people might be looking for this clip.

I mean, the blacks that he refers to are legally and culturally, Americans. I could see some validity to reaching out to Hispanic communities of recent immigrants whose culture/ideals may be different. Pander pander pander to the blacks, white christian conservatives, etc...

Definitely a rash statement for a network television program, but it does beg the question: What does it mean when you focus/outreach to a specific race of citizens within your country? I'd love to see the responses if the GOP had a focussed "outreach" to whites. More of our politicians and media driving wedges within our diverse communities.

You no longer have to give them the gun they go out of there way to shoot themselves in the foot. I can't believe conservatives truly wonder why they strike out with blacks amount other minorities. Bill knew this was racist just like every other racial statement he has made.

When the time comes for the GOP's response outreach to white people, it invariably will be on a popular contemporary sydicated TV show like Hee Haw, The Waltons, or Bonanaza.
