Lego Technic Air powered car

When testing how to make a nice working fan / propeller, it work beter than I was suspecting. So I made 2 propellers and a simple chassis to hold the RC motors. Caster wheels on it and you have a simple and very fun Lego air powered car.

Would you show how to create the propellers, only they are by far the most efficient I've seen. A close up photo would do
