@aneal138 - if you live where an apartment, that size and style, costs $1500 a month, there's probably a reason it's that cheap. where I live, $1500 is common for a tiny, one bedroom apartment in a building that probably has never been remodeled, and is at least 50 years old.

@aneal138 ; the price isnt that high just for the loft itself, but mostly for the surroundings; new york city ! helloo city of lights ! everyone (mostly) wants to live there !
