if you google "cultural transmogrifier" and nick cave you'll find an article on these guys. literature on them seems difficult to find.

Got reacquainted w/ Mr. Nick at a party last night by way of this song (thanks & happy b-day Ryan). And man, shit got real (real fast). Kitchen dance party is now the close quarters combat of the drunken set. The usual household mantra of "Stagger Lee" had to wait this one out, but man, it was worth it. Nick Cave's sound has aged terribly well. Respect.
