I served in Beirut in 1982 and 83 with the Multinational Peacekeeping force, I'd love to go back too Beirut and see it now. But for someone like me I'd have reservations about it because of some of the same factions that killed many of the American Marines and Sailors are still their. I feel like i could become a target. Is it safe for someone like me and my family to visit?

I was there when they were shooting the scene with the kid that runs to the arms of his dad. its so funny cuz they shot it like 200 times, the kid started crying, they had to stop everything to cheer him up lool. I saw this video now by total coincidence, I had no idea what they were filming. its kinda ironic hahaha

I love this commercial. We have to go out to work but the most beautiful moment of the year is when I arrived to the airport of Beyrouth and I hug all my family

This commercial gives me goosebumps, and definitely makes me wanna be there this summer, regardless of what Israel will be threatening Lebanon by spring as usual like every single year!
