Scott Kendall The Technology Coach appears live on Rogers Television and speaks with David Wojcik of Steps to Success and Karen Groulx of Pallett Valo LLP, here David poses the question "what should employers be doing to communicate" regarding what is and what isn't acceptable when sending correspondence on behalf of their employer. Karen encourages us to hesitate before sending email messages what contain emotions. Scott mentions to David some of the websites that should often be watched for that don't otherwise fall into a clear "non-work related" category. Including how some businesses should disclude certain sites while others can allow them. In the end we agree that employer to employee communication is the key.
