There's several ways to get the tie look you want, but since this tie is so thick and short (its made for kids!) I chose a really simple way but easy to do.

What I suggest for your Costume:
1. White button down shirt
2. Gray, blue, or black v neck sweater, or a cardigan
3. Red and Yellow tie (from party stores/Halloween stores)
4. Black pants, dark blue jeans, or a black skirt
5. IF wearing a skirt, get black tights or thigh-highs. If you do thigh-highs I LOVE H&M's. They are super comfy and cheap! Also get a garter belt. I have Victoria Secret.
6. Heels of some sort are really good. In my full vid I'll show the ones Im wearing, Mine are by Naturalizer Shoes. OMG they are the most comfy shoes I've owned and its hard to wear other shoes because of that. I got mine at Famous Footwear (http://www.famousfootwear.com/productimages/shoes_is34531.jpg)
