  • I have currently lost 70pounds in the past year and i have excess skin on my upper arms and stomach. i currently workout out everyday and take sundays as a break. I work out for about an hour a day on weights, any afterwards i go for a 1-2hour bike ride or play some basketball. currently i take in around 1600-2400calories daily. i don't eat anything with white flour, and i usually stick to eating lean meats for my meals. such as lean turkey and pork. how many calories a day should i be intaking

  • @WOLMAN00 In answer to your question, check another video under "dobner" entitled "How Many Calories Do I Need To Eat To Lose Weight "

  • so even if im 300 pound and do the strengh training and watch my food i will not lose any skin?

  • @butterflyaash The truth is that it really isn't loose skin at all. As you lose weight you will lose the loose skin. Don't worry.

  • @dobner What if my strength training is only focused on one portion of my body... Example: "i only work out my arms and chest"... does this mean i will have loose skin on my belly if i don't work my belly region?

  • @whyeff21 Contrary to what you think, there is no way to "spot reduce." Fat is burned uniformly across your whole body. It is only a myth that you can lose weight in one part of your body.

  • Hello there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it.

  • @dobner yes im well aware of that. When it comes to strength training, it involves building muscle mass. So that in itself is "regional" muscle building.

My question is if i only build muscle on certain areas, will the skin on the "unworked" areas not be affected by my workout? I'm bodybuilding, so im asking you if you suggest doing abdominal muscle exercises to help reduce the risk of loose skin on my belly. Just so you know i do very little cardio but im losing alot of fat weight lifting..

  • hey man! im in shape and lost a lot of weight. i got muscle on my arms and chest and i mean a lot of it, BUT i have so much loose skin around and on my stomach. im only almos there to getting a six pack. i need some help loosing the skin only on that body part.

  • @dobner Thanks i know exactly how many calories i should be eating and surprisingly i have been eating about 200-400calories less than that, so i will continue to eat the same as i have been and workout everyday until i get my desired results, thanks for the help downer, it has really helped me.

  • good job on the video my man
