Try ZVRS.. They are good with Deaf Cosmters.. I get fed up with Soren VRS bec of their interpenters. I could read their lips and they didnt say what i was saying. i got like 2 good interpenters out of 50 times So i changed my phone to ZVRS and i am really impress with the intpernters and Tech Supports. Now i got like 48 good inpterpenters out of 50. They have a good service they give out free Z-20 now..
i am a sorenson interpreter. I have no idea what you are trying to say. If thats how you sign to the interpreter, thats why you think we suck. I couldnt understand you myself and now you want us to put your "so-call ASL" into english so the hearing person can understand????
And Forth, yes, service is stink! but they need to fix a good improvement. Fifth, See? Your sign need a good improve, like real actionable deaf. Sixth, I see 0:10 seconds, your spelling "tion" or "dklafjsdofasjei" is wrong instead, "Soren-s-o-n" then What is wrong with your sign spelling?
Lady, I don't clearly understand your ASL. Sorry, I disagree. I honestly admit I don't like Sorenson VRS. I don't care anyone talks about positive or negative something like that.
First, some interpreters are good skills with their language, however; they sometimes don't understand you. Second, if your vp have problems then contact tech support if you have any question. Third, you don't know how to do with vp then contact tech support if they will give you a real Customer Service number.
Maybe u not happy with Sorenson bec of they cant understand ur sign language and ur not making sense,,,U need to learn good ASL,,,ur signing is very POOR!!!! No wonder u aint happy with Sorenson,,,,,
My VP-200 does not play nice with my Z-340, so I only hook it up when I'm away from home with my Z-340 in my bag. That way, I can still call home VP to VP. I can understand why you disconnected your VP-200, because of the conflict.
Tech support asked you to call another number? I'm really surprised they didn't just transfer you. Wow!
haha golly gosh!! it s free!!!!! for gods sake if you bought it and didnt like it of course that s understandable but it is friggin free!!! also im sure the interpreter did sign better than you! the way u signed my good gracious i almost fell asleep!
Why u rid ur sorenson vp which it is very importion to u cause fcc accept for 24 hours interpreter on vrs but 9 am to 5 pm NO ANYMORE because many deaf people been complained about 9 am to 5pm because not fair to hearing an call any time deaf and hearing are call any time unlimit
