I get a little bit chocked up every time I hear this song. I am anti war... but I love my veterans <3 bring the boys back home. Because we need heros like you *here*.

MAN WHAT A FUCKING SHOW!

@guidi73 Better this than Bono or Sting who did not do a shit against the US bully attitude... Bono is only worried abouut "the planet" "the irakies" He do not dare to critize the Empire.

i just saw him in berlin... really disturbing pictures... the question is, does Waters do anything for kids like that poor little black boy (0:20) who has mostly just bones, or he uses the image of hunger just to shock people who have plenty to eat AND pay a load of money to attend his concerts?

In a time when Europe and the US are trying to babysit the planet by entering conflicts and occupying countries that should be neither any of our business or concern, this song is more relevant than ever.

Bin Laden is dead. So what's the excuse now? BRING THE BOYS BACK HOME.

This song was way too powerful live. Amazing concert
disturbing pictures @ the wall... what is the intention of "bring the boys back home"? Military pullback?

@drCox12 i am pretty sure the meaning is Roger's view that War sucks, and that this work is based on a semi-biographical fact that his Dad was killed in WW2 when Roger was just a few months old
