@seajigger1 2 of your trains went off the track XD i have geotrax they are as slow as a turtle yes they do have new batteries sooo help me by making a vid for my Poppop to look at + Im only 9 :D

All I can say is you rule. My wife has banned me from toy modding since i replaced the motor in my Xmod with one from a dremel and put a hole in our drywall with it. Ive always wanted to make these slow trains get the job done quicker tho...

Do these little geo trax really need the tracks to roll on? I am only asking because it could be cheaper even to let them roll on flat surface than having to buy th etracks everytime you wish to increae the cirucuit length. I see that on teh carpet the wheels are too small, yet have you tried on another surface?

Be carefull, I saw at least two capacitors not rated for more than 6v. I wouldn't care about overloading the motor, but I'd hate to damage the optical circuit board. Good Luck! Please post your results.
